Our History

In 1987 OSCAR Computer Technologies (OCT) was formed to focus on the design and manufacture of the OSCAR Handheld Computer. It was partially funded by loans from the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC). OCT was liquidated in 1991.

Dave Ingram started HandHeld Support CC to support OCT's customer base and to maintain approximately 1000 OSCAR's in field service. Clients who were committed to the OSCAR technology enquired about future supplies. Our experience in OCT suggested the need for a separate company to pursue sales so MRP Solutions CC was formed to fulfil this task.

Today

We continue to supply various barcoding solutions to our clients. We represent several suppliers of quality equipment and are able to supply our clients with a total solution.
