For a number of years, MRP Solutions have offered a barcode verification service providing advice on not only the print quality and format of barcodes, but also expert advice on how to improve print quality.

                                   

In response to customer demand, MRP Solutions have expanded this service to include both

Datamatrix                  and GS1Databar      

 
All barcodes are verified in complete accordance with all current ISO and application standards including (for Datamatrix):

ISO 15415
AIQG AS9132
MIL-STD 130M – UID (Unique Identification) DOD Requirements 

All users of the service are supplied with a printed report with grading details on each ISO parameter, conformance to relevant application standards as well and where applicable, advice on corrective action.

Datamatrix Verification Range

For those creating and printing Datamatrix barcodes on a regular basis, the ability to check these codes in-house is essential. MRP Solutions are proud to announce the launch of the Axicon 2D Verifier.

The rugged hardware has been designed with ease of use in mind and has a fixed optical array and hands free operation. As with all of the Axicon verification range, the Axicon 2D provides Datamatrix verification in accordance with the ISO15415 specification as well as GS1 Databar and QR code verification to the relevant standard.
